Back in 1993 the US president, Banglar, declares Martial Law and the military seize control of the country. The citizens are not happy with this and one stands up to mount a resistance, called Mulk. They know fighting the army is futile so instead create two wicked-nice android ninjas to do the fighting for them! You control one of these ninja androids and must take on the might of Banglar's army, killing them all one-by-one!
